Service Description
This booking is for a two nostril piercings for anyone ages 16 and up. If you need titanium jewelry please reach out before or after booking to confirm that jewelry is available! If the person getting pierced is under 18 years old we will ask for a birth certificate or government issued ID(State ID, Passport, Drivers license/permit) for the minor. They will have to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and we will ask for a government issued ID(Drivers license/permit, Passport, State ID) for the parent/guardian. If you are a legal guardian but your name is not on the birth certificate or your last names/address is not the same as the minor we will need to take copies of court documents to prove that information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please reach out to skinhookedpiercing@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any cancelations made less than 24 hours before the start time of your appointment will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the start time of your appointment will be subject to the piercers discretion. Anyone more than 10 minutes late to the start time of an appointment will loose their deposit and appointment slot. Please check your email for any correspondence from your piercer on the day of your appointment in case of any changes!
