Service Description
This booking is for a single tragus piercing for anyone ages 16 and up. If you need titanium jewelry please reach out before or after booking to confirm that jewelry is available! These piercings are anatomy dependent and not everyone can get one! Please think about a potential back-up piercing in case we can not perform the piercing. If the person getting pierced is under 18 years old we will ask for a birth certificate or government issued ID(State ID, Passport, Drivers license/permit) for the minor. They will have to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and we will ask for a government issued ID(Drivers license/permit, Passport, State ID) for the parent/guardian. If you are a legal guardian but your name is not on the birth certificate or your last names/address is not the same as the minor we will need to take copies of court documents to prove that information.
Cancellation Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment start time you will forfeit your deposit. To cancel or reschedule please reach out to skinhookedpiercing@gmail.com a minimum of 12 hours before your appointment start time. Any appointment canceled less than 12 hours to your appointment start time will be forfeited. We will reschedule your appointment 1 time before you forfeit your deposit. If you forfeit your appointment and/or deposit and want to schedule again you will have to pay a new deposit.
